Marie Asantewaa
Co-Founder
Project and Communications Manager
Marie Asantewaa is a Year 12 student at Biddenham Sixth Form, studying Criminology, Sociology, and Religious Studies (Christianity, Ethics and Philosophy) at A-Level. She is an aspiring HR Manager within the Criminal Justice System.
Marie identified a significant gap in awareness and provision surrounding domestic abuse among teenagers, particularly the lack of detailed education within schools and limited accessible support services for under-18s. She also recognised the absence of adequate support pathways for male victims of domestic abuse across Bedfordshire. In response to this, she co-founded Red Flag Awareness addressing the stigma.
Aimee Bevan

Aimee is a year 12 student at Biddenham Sixth Form, she is an aspiring HR Manager and is studying Law, Criminology and Religious studies (Philosophy, Ethics and Christianity) A-level.
After she had witnessed teenage relationship abuse second hand from her friend in year 9, she became very passionate about how little education teenagers had on the subject. She became a co-founder of this organisation to make a difference.
