Bedford Woman's Centre
If you are 18 or over, Bedford Women's Centre aims to support women in the area and improving the quality of their and their family's lives. They offer one-to-one support, mentoring, workshops and support groups that all aim to eradicate domestic abuse.
IMPAKT
If you are 18 or over, they provide families escaping domestic abuse by offering them a safe space they can call home.
National Domestic Abuse Helpline
Any age can contact the National Domestic abuse hotline. This is a 24 hour helpline women can call if you need someone to talk to. Aimed at helping Women mainly.
Men's Advice Line
Any age can contact the Men's advice line. This is a number men can call if they need advice on suffering domestic abuse.
